PROGRAM INSTRUCTIONS

Using Email Automator is not very difficult once you have it setup. This page will cover how to enter the settings for your POP3 email account so the software can autorespond to messages for you, as well as how to use basic functions such as sending personalized email to a list.

Initial Registration and Settings:

• Entering your registration email address to activate the software

• Setting up your POP3 email account

User Functions:

• Sending an email to a list

• Using custom fields to personalize your emails

• Creating tasks (this allows to to setup a mailing BEFORE you send it)

• Editing tasks you have created

• The "Send Bulk Mail" function (for sending a task that's already created) 

• Setting up your autoresponders (creating autoresponder "rules") 

• Exporting your list of subscribers 

• Clearing your list of subscribers

• Cleaning your list to remove duplicates and invalid addresses

• Extracting email addresses out of text files
