Cleaning Your List
The
"Check Duplicates" function in the top menu bar under
"Tools" is for removing duplicate address from an email
list. First,
you will choose the list you want to clean by using the browse
function to find it. Then, you specify a file name for the clean
list file that will be saved. If
you choose the same file name as the list you are cleaning, then
the clean output file will overwrite your original mailing list
file and you can use it when you send your mailing.
