Extracting Email Addresses from a Text
File
This
functions allows you to browse your computer for a text file that
contains email addresses, then "extract" the addresses
from that file into a list you can use for mailing to. Choose
"Extract Emails from a text or HTML file" from the top
menu bar. Then, browse your computer for the text or HTML file you
want to extract addresses from. Finally,
choose a new filename for your output list. This
is the list you can use for mailing to. Check to make sure it's
properly formatted before using it in a mailing task.
