Editing Your Mailing Tasks
This
is perhaps one of the easiest functions of Email Automator. Once
you have already created and saved a task, you may occasionally
need to edit the task. One instance where you would do this was if
you wanted to change part of a message you send out regularly. To
edit a task, simply highlight it by clicking your mouse over the
task name in the main screen of Email Automator. Then click the
icon that looks like a pencil. This
will open the task wizard and allow you to make necessary changes. When
you are finished, you can either send a mailing immediately, or
save the changes to the task.
