SPAM Complaint Information
EmailAutomator.com
does not send email to anybody EXCEPT registered users of our
software. If you are a registered user of Email Automator, you
have agreed to accept email from us. All
messages sent using our free software contain a small
"Hotmail Syle" link to the Email Automator web site. WE
ARE NOT THE SENDER OF THESE MESSAGES, but we can help you take
action if you have been spammed with a message that contains these
links. Our software is not meant to be used for sending SPAM.
These links are added to outgoing messages our users send as a way
to help promote our software. If
you feel you have been spammed, here's what you should do:

First contact the
sender and ask to be removed from their mailing list

If
you do not get a response, look up the IP address of the sender
using ARIN.NET to find out who their ISP is so you can properly
direct your complaint. Their IP address will be in the headers of
the message you received.

If
you feel you are being spammed by an Email Automator user, foward
the entire email they sent you to spam@emailautomator.com
- We will ask the user to provide us with your opt-in
information and will take appropriate action if they cannot.
We do not condone
the use of SPAM for any reason, and will actively fight against it
by disabling the user licenses of any user found to be in
violation of our terms.
