and conditions of use.
The software is provided to you
by Bram Smith. I will not be held responsible for the end use of
this software and make no warranties about its fitness or
suitability for any particular purpose.
The software has been developed
with care, but I will not be held responsible for any damages
relating to the use of the software. If you do not like the
software or it does not work properly on your computer, your
only recourse is to uninstall the software and its components.
Email Automator does not make
any attempt to hide your identity from the people you send email
to. The emails you send CAN be traced back to your Internet
Service Provider by simply looking at the headers of the email.
You agree not to use the
software for the purpose of spamming. Spamming means sending
unsolicited commercial emails to people who did not request
information from you or one of your associates.
The software inserts a small
signature style link at the bottom of every email sent out to
promote itself to other potential users. Please tell your
friends and associates about our software!
Email Automator requires Windows
98 or newer to operate on your computer. If you have a problem
with the software specific to your computer system, I will
attempt to fix the problem in future releases, but can make no
guarantees.
By downloading Email Automator,
you agree not to reverse engineer the software or make competing
software available for sale or distribution. You may give away
Email Automator to anyone you please but may not sell it for
profit. To give away the software, upload the install file to
your own web site, or simply direct people to our web site to
download it.
By downloading and registering
your copy of Email Automator, you are agreeing to receive
promotional emails from us from time to time. We promise we will
not overload you with a lot of email and we will never rent or
share your email address with anyone.
Your email address must remain
valid. If emails we send continue to bounce back to us on a
regular basis, we may disable your software license and you will
need to re-register using a valid address.
We reserve the right to disable
a license for any reason we see fit, although this should not be
a problem as long as you are not abusing the software or trying
to copy it for profit.
We will do our best to provide
accurate and understandable operating instructions and/or videos
on our web site, but do not offer extensive one-on-one technical
support.
